Main Purpose of Job:
Versatile and client-focused insurance professional with solid experience across both
Long-term and Short-term insurance sectors. Holds INSETA-accredited qualifications in
life, disability, funeral, motor, property, and liability cover, and is fully FAIS compliant with
RE5 certification. Demonstrates a strong understanding of policy administration, claims
processing, underwriting support, and regulatory compliance. Known for delivering
ethical, empathetic service and building lasting client relationships. Adept at navigating
both personal and commercial insurance environments, with a commitment to
continuous learning and professional growth.

Direct Reporting Line: Broker Principal or other designated reporting line.
Direct / Indirect reports to this position: 1-5 years.

Experience required:
-Entry-Level Roles (0–2 Years Experience)
-Mid-Level Roles (2–3 Years Experience)
-Senior Roles (3–5+ Years Experience)

Qualifications Required
-National Certification (NQF Level 4/5 & above)
-RE5 Regulatory Exam
-Class of Business (COB) Certification
-FAIS Fit and Proper Status
