Motivated Client Service Liason: Mobile App Company (For Events) - Randburg

This dynamic and energetic start-up is looking for a professional, well-spoken and well-presented individual to form part of the Client Service Liaison team.
This individual will need to have more than 4 years experience in dealing with clients, project managing, and building relationships.
The main goal for this person will be to maintain the clients handed over from the sales team, and to continue to ensure that the clients needs are met.

Job Type: Permanent position, after successful completion of an agreed probationary period.
Nature of the business: RSVP Platform & Mobile Apps for the Events industry in South Africa & Globally
Start: August/September 2017
Own transport & valid drivers licence required


Mandatory Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary education and courses (Marketing Degree or equivalent, or Business Degree)
• Experience maintain client accounts & ensuring positive relationship
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely comfortable with technology

Advantages:

• Experience in the technological/digital/mobile field
• Marketing or Business Degree is beneficial

Main responsibilities:
• To maintain business & ensure consistently happy clients by providing excellent project planning, manage clients expectations, execute all deliverables in a timely manner.
• Meet with clients & sales team to ensure proper handover & establish project goals, milestones & expectations.
• Be able to comfortably have online meetings with clients overseas
• Be able to actively participate in weekly status meetings to ensure the correct executing & maintenance of operations
• Be able to assist with building apps on the eventing platform (training will be provided)
• To attend events with clients and respond to urgent changes if needed.
• To ensure there is clear positioning of the brand to consumers & in the market in general

Reporting structure: This business has a flat management structure and hands-on management. Direct reporting will be to the CEO, but there is high involvement from everyone in this dynamic business.

Salary package: R16 000 – R18 000 per month Cost to Company Annual leave arrangements for this position will need to be aligned to company requirements.
