My client specialising in innovative financial solutions has the position of Chief Financial Officer available. Must have at least 5 years as a CFO from Financial Services reporting into board.
The successful canidate must have:
5 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer within the Financial Services Industry.
Duties:
Provide effective Management and Financial information to EXCO.
Planning process including annual budget, 3 year plan and forecasting.
Risk Management.
Asset Management.
Year End Audit.
Company TAX.
Manage working capital.
Adhoc functions.
